This was the case when I met with Ross to discuss the prospective purchase of a new car. Although we are in a climate of financial awareness my negotiations with Ross were always amicable whilst finding the best way and solution to help me, as the Customer. I purchased the new Megane Privilege with a few extras with the car specially made in France I was given a 7 week timescale for delivery of my car. The car was delivered on time and I drove it out of Graham and Bowness' showroom on time. I have always driven Renaults and although I have purchased my cars from other Renault dealers within the County, Ross and his team always made me welcome on my visits. A nice touch was when I ordered my new car both Jon and Ross welcomed me back as a Customer and as a friend. I feel I have always been attended to in a friendly professional way by everyone when ever I have visited the Dealership for whatever reason. I feel a special mention should be given to Lesley. In your absence a manufacturers problem arose with my previous car as I was returning home from holiday. Even though it was 16:45 she pulled out all the stops and went beyond the call of duty to ensure I had a set of wheels until my own car was back on the road. A mention should also be given to the product knowledge of your team across the board. As you know I converted my husband to become part of the Renault family and he too is delighted in the way he was treated when purchasing his first ever new car. A Renault Clio. Ross, I greatly appreciated the gesture today, and realise that it is normally for new car buyers only. Can I also bring to your attention some of your staff who I found to be extremely helpful to someone with a large amount of questions...those being your chaps behind the spares desk, and also Glynn. I am very happy with the car ,and all my worries regarding the engine size have disappeared, they must have improved it since the last one I had of the same size.
